The declaration of accessibility is valid from the date of publication. It must be updated:

on the date of substantial modification or redesign of the site concerned.
3 years after the date of publication of the declaration, or,
18 months after the date of publication of a new version of the repository, for those applying the technical method.

However, it may be desirable to update the accessibility statement more regularly, including for the same version of the technical method, to highlight the efforts made and to update the percentage of criteria met.
